Go Hogs

I'm watching the game at my sister's.  And by "watching" I mean "not watching at all."  Or at least not watching the game... I'm watching Crys fold clothes, watching Court & Gary play with the exercise ball... listening to the gores playing in Crys's room.  Can hear the dogs.  I think Jeff's the only one watching the game.

We're all happy.

Crys told a story earlier about Granddad that I had forgotten.  When he was younger, he promised God that he wouldn't drink coffee or shoot little birds.  And one day when Theodore was trying to shoot a bird, Granddad shot a slingshot to try to scare the bird away, and he killed the little bird!  

:) Sometimes you can't win for losin'.

Ah, I'm sitting here with my mom eating a leisurely Saturday breakfast.  I'm having oatmeal (and angel food cake if we're being honest) and Mom's eating taco salad.

I love our life.

We're reading my sister's blog and laughing at the adventures of Crys & the kiddos.

So okay, I'm having trouble with gmail & blogger.

It's partially my fault.  I had multiple gmail accounts & two blogspot accounts - this one and courtneycontinued.blogspot.com - and I have no idea what email address the courtneycontinued blog is under.  So... even though I'm so over being courtneyfromarkansas, here I am.

I only had one post there anyway.  Easy come, easy go.

PS - Want to know why "courtneyfromarkansas?"  I figure that's one of the few things I'll always be.  I may not always be Courtney Dycus.  I may not always be in a certain place or doing a certain thing, but where you come from doesn't change... and I'm from Arkansas.
